15.30 pm - 17.00 pm Leidseplein Tour

Experience the twinkling lights of the Leidseplein in the pleasant company of a Mokum Events' professional tour guide. Your guide walks alongside you through the heart of Amsterdams famous nightlife. See and be amazed by everything that breaths culture in a few square kilometres. In addition to the many different pubs and small restaurants, located on and around the Leidseplein, you will also find the beautiful Municipal Theatre known as the Leidseplein Theatre.

This, together with the many (and sometimes very talented) street artists, makes the square one of the most beautiful, cosiest and most buzzing and alive areas in Amsterdam!

17.00 pm - 17.45 pm Visit to the House of Bols

After the tour at the Leidseplein we will take you to the house of Bols for a spectacular discovery trip through the world of cocktails and gin! This particular experience is illustrated by 'touch screens' and videos, all interactive and for the most part, self-guiding. This guided tour starts with the birth of Lucas Bols in 1575 and ends in the Spiegelbar at the House of Bols where you will be welcomed with an delicious gin cocktail!

18.00 pm - 19.30 pm Cocktail Clinic

After this gin cocktail fun, you will be given the opportunity to prepare the most delicious cocktails, shake and create them in the Bols Bartending Academy; Europe's biggest bar school. During the day, it's a very serious barkeeper school, but in the evening guests from Mokum Events can take a seat on the school benches and learn everything about the philosophy and techniques of preparing the ultimate cocktail.

Well yes, school benches... the Bartending Academy has more than 12 different bars where you can have a ball and put what you have learned into practice. Naturally, we will not let you get lost; you will be accompanied by an experienced shaker!
