Paris-Dakar? Baja 1000? Child’s play! Mokum Events has created the ultimate rally experience for you: a spectacular Scooter Rally through the centre of Amsterdam.

A spectacular Rally in the busy city centre; the streets have been cordoned off due to road works and all the commuters are waiting at the tram stops!

For each couple we have a beautiful safe and honking scooter. The crazy but safe rally through Mokum will begin!

Enjoy this rally through the city on your scooter without helmet (!) That does not mean you can forget the traffic rules! Safety ALWAYS comes first!!

For that reason your partner, your own personal navigation system, will be sitting in front as an essential asset. You just keep your eye on the traffic and on the road. However, if you prefer, by paying an extra amount you will be allowed to ride alone. It’s your choice!

Stop and check at every checkpoint and race across the Wallen (Red-light district), tear through the Jordaan and fly straight through the Vondelpark. You will be told where you can find the checkpoints, but only at the last minute. You will have no clue where you will end up. This means only one thing: remain alert at all times!

Carry out the special assignments, you will be surprised. Test your own and your team’s wisdom, pay attention to the clock. Only the best and fastest couple can win!

There will be a pit stop: Very short but tasty: coffee and sandwiches! We hope the coffee isn’t too hot, because time keeps on ticking!!

The team that carries out the most assignments in the best possible manner, and races through the city jungle the fastest, wins first prize!

Attention:

Two people per scooter. Minimum age for driving a scooter is 18 years. A valid drivers license or moped license is mandatory.

Optional:

Each person can, for an extra € 35,00 p.p. exclusive of VAT, have his own scooter.

You can book this day event with fewer participants than stated on this page, if you are willing to pay for the required number!

Wij hebben via het Moordspeldiner.nl een geweldig bedrijfsuitje gehad. Wat een spannend verhaal, geweldige kostuums, heerlijk eten bij de Vier broers Beer & Grill in Amersfoort en wat een geweldig, enthousiaste host hadden wij in Robin. Een echte aanrader!

Strip diner

Voor het vrijgezellenfeest van mijn zus een strip diner geboekt via Mokum Events. Hierin een goede begeleiding gehad en alles is prima verlopen. Heerlijk gegeten in restaurant 'Het Groene Paleis' op het Rokin en als toetje een stripper die langs kwam die het heel leuk deed. Een aanrader dus!

Last minute changes, geen probleem.

Op laatste moment nog kunnen switchen tussen outdoor en indoor event. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Geweldig restaurant en begeleiding vanuit Mokum Events was meer dan fantastisch. Iedereen heeft genoten van een fantastische avond. Komen volgende keer terug voor het outdoor event. :)

Does ‘Mokum Events’ only speak and guide the events in Dutch, or are other languages also available?

Our guides speak several languages, so almost all trips, excursions, guided tours and arrangements can also be followed in various languages.

Our group is smaller than the minimum number of participants, can I still join the event?

Yes, you can. However, since we commit ourselves for a minimum number of participants, we request you to pay this minimum rate. Please, contact us in advance!

Where in Amsterdam do the arrangements start?

Many trips start in the vicinity of the Amsterdam Central Railway Station (CS), but this depends completely on the chosen arrangement. Our employees will advise you in advance about the right point of departure.

Is my requested date available?

Through our systems, we can immediately check if your requested arrangement is available on the planned date. If so, we’ll advise you to make a reservation as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointments.

At what time can I start the event?

You can specify this entirely according to you wishes! This will however partly depend on the chosen arrangement, but in principle the events start whenever you want them to start!

an we also join guided tours or workshops made by other groups?

No, unfortunately you can not. “Mokum Events” organises trips and arrangements exclusively for groups, completely tailored to specific desires. It’s for that reason other persons can’t join arrangements made by other groups of people.

Do the trips also take place in bad weather?

Definitely! If it rains, we also go into town! We can arrange rain ponchos and umbrellas if necessary and can stay in the pub a bit longer. Amsterdam is also beautiful if the weather is not soo nice, you can take our word for it!

How will we go from place “a” to place “b”?

Our guides will take you from one point to the other (unless you only have to cover for example 100 meters). You will always receive an itinerary so you will know where you have to go.

Are company trips and arrangements tax-deductible?

In general, all costs of a company trip are tax-deductible. However, only if these costs are reasonable according to the tax authorities. The treasury also states that 75% of all employees must be able to join the event. These 75% may however also consist of a certain part or division of the company.

Can you send us a brochure or price list?

Mokum Events does not use brochures or price lists. We love to involve you in designing the ideal arrangement. Custom-made trips, remember? That’s why we can’t quote fixed rates. After all, everything depends on your wishes and ideas! Our offer is a personal offer, based on all your choices.

When do we have to pay our custom-made trip or event?

We will send you an invoice in advance, which has to be paid in full, not later than 14 days after you have received the invoice at the latest.
