Always wanted to know about making Tapas?Tasty little bites aren't they? Well, there is an entire Tapas school to teach you how! Enjoy your masters teaching, soon you can work in the finest Spanish restaurants!

You will first be welcomed with a cup of coffee. The chef will introduce you to a Spanish kitchen, explain the various Tapas, and describe their preparations. You will be divided in small groups and start preparing an extensive 'Tapas buffet'. Our chef will teach you the tricks of the trade.

At the end of the afternoon, when everything has been prepared, it will be time to taste each other's efforts and results. Delicious wines and Sangria will naturally be served during dinner. You will have the opportunity to ask questions in the afternoon and to see each other's work. You will receive a nice book of recipes as a souvenir with all the Tapas recipes that the group made. This little book also gives nice bits of information and tips on Tapas and the Spanish kitchen.

This workshop is not available on Fridays and Saturdays. The workshop starts at 1 pm at the latest.
