This is the opportunity for ladies who want to learn and become competent in the new trend of pole dancing. During the workshop you will learn, under professional supervision, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, the secrets of pole dancing. After an initial warm-up we will loosen our hips, make them supple, and do some “groundwork”. After a short break, we will start pole dancing. See this as a complete workout in a wink! This workshop is suitable for both ladies and men! The venue is in the middle of Amsterdam.
Finally, you will see a demonstration. Watch, see and learn what you can do with a pole.
