After an initial warming up, you will loosen your hips and do some 'groundwork'. After a short break, we will start pole dancing for real. This workshop is suitable for both ladies and men!
The venue is in the middle of Amsterdam. When your work is done you will experience a professional demonstration. Watch, see and learn how flexible you can become if you exercise the art of pole dancing more often.
