"De Kleine Werf" is a beautiful genuine shipyard, still in use in this day and age! You will feel as though you are still in the 17th century, in a very stylish hall, with folding doors and many large windows overlooking a rural view of the old Bickersgracht (canal). This is inspiring stuff and very suited for a business meeting in a calm atmosphere!

Join in, in the afternoon, for an extensive lunch.

After lunch you will go back to your conference table and proceed with your meeting.

04.00 pm - 06.30 pm Tour over the Western Islands

"Mokum Events" invites you, on conclusion of the meeting, to a guided tour of the "Western Islands". One of our professional guides will take you to that part of Amsterdam, which was virtually entirely used by, and in the service of, the West India Company (the WIC).

You will see the Western Islands with its history of struggle against the 'city destruction' on the Bickerseiland (island), the rebuilt warehouses on the Prinseneiland (island) and a lost piece of city beauty; "The Zandhoek on the Realeneiland (island)".

We will take you past the beautiful buildings in extravagant "Art Nouveau Style" in the Haarlem neighbourhood. The Spaarndammer neighbourhood, made world-famous by the beautiful School of Architecture in Amsterdam , which we will visit, and so also the social lodging "Het Schip" which was designed by architect De Klerk.

Since our tired feet will need a rest, we thought that a visit to a pub together at the end of the tour, would be most welcome? let's us and enjoy a drink.

06.30 pm - 09.00 pm Dinner

Dinner time? Yes, time to enjoy an extensive 3-course dinner. However, we will need your help for this: you will decide where we will dine! We will provide the suggestions, you the venue! Remember though that the majority, i.e. the ayes, will decide!
